We need one strong full stack engineer to own this platform.Stack: Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWSMust: 3–5 yrs hands-on coding. AI-native — Cursor/Copilot/Claude should be part of your daily workflow. Tier 1 institute preferred.What a day looks like: Morning you are shipping a feed feature with Cursor open. Afternoon you are reviewing your junior dev's PR.
Evening you're pairing with the AI/ML engineer on a recommendation model — and you deploy it yourself before calling it a day.Your team: 3 full time teammates who work with you daily. Weekly guidance from a senior architect and data/AI lead. Direct access to founders — your ideas shape the product.Interview: No DSA. No leetcode. A live hackathon — build something real, using any AI tools you want. That's what we care about.Renumeration : Competitive (25-30 Lakhs for the right candidates) + milestone based variable and eligibility in ESOPs poolMumbai (preferred) or Delhi — (Hybrid 1-2 days from office is ok).
