About The Job: Paid Media Strategist The Red Hat Marketing technology team is seeking a Paid Media Product Manager to sit at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science in India. Your goal is not to execute day-to-day campaign tweaks, but to build the infrastructure, processes, and strategic frameworks that allow our paid media efforts to scale. You will treat our paid media ecosystem as a "product" that requires constant feature enhancement, data integrity, and strategic vision. What will you do? Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term vision for paid channels, identifying which platforms we should enter next and what technologies (AI, automation, 3rd-party tools) we need to get there Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the bridge between teams to translate requests into actionable work Experimentation Framework: Own the testing backlog. You decide we test (e.g., recent landing page flows or bidding models), while others handle the technical implementation Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with reps from Google, Meta,
