Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns
- Pitch IT support services (remote support, troubleshooting, networking, AMC, etc.)
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with technical teams
- Follow up and convert leads into customers
- Maintain CRM and track daily sales activities
✅ Requirements
- 1–4 years in IT services / technical / support sales
- Robust English communication (mandatory)
- Experience in cold calling & international sales
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (desktops, networks, troubleshooting)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
⭐ Preferred
- Experience selling IT support / AMC / networking services
- Exposure to UAE / US / UK markets
- CRM & lead generation tools experience
