We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) to support a rapid-paced HR systems environment. This is a hands-on freelance opportunity for a senior professional who can quickly step in, manage configurations, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on configuration in Employee Central (Workflows, Business Rules, RBP, Data Models)
- Manage day-to-day system operations and ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize and automate processes
- Support bi-annual SuccessFactors releases (impact analysis, testing, updates)
- Provide configuration and support across modules:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workflows
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Business Rules
- Experience supporting live/production environments
- Exposure to release management cycles
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
Preferred
- Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Prior experience in fast-paced or global HR environments
