Cortex is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist who can lead end-to-end digital strategy for clients — from planning to execution to performance. This is not just an ads role — we’re looking for someone who can think, present, and scale brands digitally.

What You’ll Do
n
Own complete digital marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
Plan & execute across Social Media, Paid Ads, Content & Email Marketing
Understand client goals and translate them into growth-focused digital roadmaps
Drive brand visibility, lead generation & conversion performance
Monitor, analyze & optimize campaigns using data, insights & A/B testing
Lead client communication, strategy discussions & performance reviews
Collaborate with content,
design & performance teams for execution

What We’re Looking For
n
3+ years in Digital Marketing / Strategy role (Agency experience preferred)
Proven experience in handling client accounts & digital strategy planning
Solid understanding of Paid Media, Social Media & Content Marketing
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
Ability to connect strategy with execution & results (ROI/ROAS mindset)
Solid communication & presentation skills
nPay: ₹10,061.28 - ₹35,994.13 per monthn
