About the Company

We are a fast-growing company in the Decorative Laminates (Mica) and Interior Surface Solutions industry, supplying high-quality laminates to dealers, distributors, interior designers, and architects across Kerala. We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence in Calicut, Malappuram, and Wayanad.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote Decorative Laminates (Mica) products to dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display and branding in dealer showrooms.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, and project clients.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in Decorative Laminates, Plywood, Hardware, Building Materials, or Interior Products.
- Solid dealer network in Calicut / Malappuram / Wayanad preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Laminates / Mica / Plywood industry.
- Strong contacts with dealers, architects, and interior designers.
- Good understanding of retail and project sales.
