Be you ... be here.Job SummaryThe Adaptive Control Analyst will translate business strategies from internal partners, particularly the Credit Management team, into executable code within Adaptive Control software like Strategy Manager and PowerCurve. As the primary point of contact for systems such as Experian Probe SM, PowerCurve, and/or Defense Edge Fraud System, this role will gather business requirements, coding, testing, and install these strategies into production. The Analyst collaborates directly with Credit Management underwriters, collections/recovery/fraud strategists, and other business partners to evaluate and implement proposed business strategy changes. Essential Job FunctionsImplement recent and ongoing business strategies through coding and unit testing within Adaptive Control Software. Conduct User Acceptance testing (UAT), securing sign-offs, and performing pos install validation using SQL,



software specific tools, and mainframe utilities. Compile and maintain all necessary documentation for auditing and record keeping. - (35%)Be the liaison between project teams and Adaptive Control Systems. Participate actively in gathering detailed project requirements by partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex business issues, collaborate effectively to resolve problems, and develop comprehensive design documents outlining proposed strategy changes. - (25%)Monitor error reporting and queues using mainframe error queues, reports, tables, and logs to identify and address issues promptly.
