Civil Site Engineer Company Hotel Sonar Bangla Group Location Project Sites Across West Bengal Job Type Full-Time On-Site Experience Required Minimum 3-5 Years Salary Negotiable About the Company Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is one of the leading hospitality brands in Eastern India known for its premium resorts and hotels across West Bengal and Odisha We are expanding with recent properties and renovations and are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction interior and finishing works Job Summary The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing civil and interior works for hotel and resort projects The role demands hands-on experience in structural finishing interior design polishing and banquet hall construction ensuring timely delivery with top-quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise all civil interior and finishing activities on site Coordinate with architects interior designers contractors and vendors Monitor progress ensure quality control and maintain project timelines Oversee work related to structure flooring wall finishes polishing and painting Execute banquet hall layout stage ceiling and interior detailing Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports Check materials quality and ensure site safety compliance Support project planning budgeting and vendor management Handle snag lists and ensure final site handover as per company standards Requirements B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Mandatory Knowledge of interior design and finishing is a must Experience in hotel resort or commercial building projects preferred Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and basic site documentation Excellent coordination and communication skills Willingness to travel and work at project locations across West Bengal Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
