Job Summary

- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with our clients.


- The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business update meetings.

- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Account Growth & Retention :

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Develop account plans to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.

- Monitor client health metrics and reduce churn through proactive engagement.

Strategic Collaboration :

- Work closely with sales, operations, product, and support teams to meet client needs.





- Translate client requirements into actionable internal plans.

- Provide client feedback to internal teams for service and product improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting :

- Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

- Prepare regular reports on account performance and business outcomes.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management.

Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.

- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary: 4 LPA - 6 LPA
