Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP CO Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Product Costing, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger within S/4HANA. The role requires processes and configuration efforts, driving value through accurate costing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and team members. Prior experience working with automotive clients is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis.




Own the configuration and operation of the Material Ledger.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
Manage and guide a team of consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with client teams.
Ensure seamless integration of CO processes with MM, PP, and FI.

Skilled & Technical Skills

Deep functional knowledge of SAP CO submodules: Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
Proven expertise in Material Ledger configuration (period-end closing, multi-currency setup, actual costing runs).
Experience in Margin Analysis setup with profitability characteristics and reporting.
Robust knowledge of cost flows from procurement to production and sales.
Comfortable working with Fiori apps, CDS views, and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
Hands-on experience with cross-functional integration (MM, PP, FI, SD).
