Role Overview

At ORO, we are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who can own content creation and content organization across RFPs and sales enablement.

This is an individual contributor role focused on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys writing, structuring content and working closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enable it - rather than creating everything from scratch.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Writing & Video Scripting

- Write clear, concise, and structured content for:
- RFP responses (in collaboration with SMEs)
- Sales and enablement materials
- Script videos that explain:
- Product features
- Workflows and use cases
- Technical concepts in a easy, engaging way
- Break down complex information into easy-to-understand narratives

2. RFP Content Support

- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, InfoSec, and Legal teams to:
- Gather and structure inputs for RFPs
- Improve clarity and consistency of responses




- Identify opportunities to strengthen RFP responses using:
- Existing assets (videos, documents)
- Newly created content
- Build and maintain reusable content blocks for faster turnaround

3. Content & Asset Management (CMS)

- Own and maintain the content library:
- Organize, tag, and structure assets for easy discovery
- Ensure content is up to date and remove duplicates
- Make it easy for teams to find the right content quickly
- Act as the go-to person for content access and organization

4. Video & Asset Coordination

- Identify where videos can enhance RFPs and sales narratives
- Coordinate with internal teams to:
- Source existing videos
- Support Design team in creation of new video content
- Ensure assets are aligned with messaging and reusable across use cases

- Good written communication skills for scripting and content creation
- Strong attention to detail and sense of visual clarity
- Interest in video editing and digital content
- Curiosity about how users learn and engage with products
- Comfortable exploring new tools, including AI-based tools
- Organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple content pieces
- Willingness to learn, iterate, and continuously improve
