Job Title: Generative AI Engineer (Agents & LLMs)

Location: ITPL, Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI and agent-based systems to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and scalable deployment in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development & LLM Integration

- Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Autogen, Crew, or PydanticAI.
- Design and optimize prompt engineering workflows for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
- Develop modular and reusable components for agent orchestration and task automation.

Application Deployment & Infrastructure

- Deploy models using Databricks and Azure platforms (ARO/AKS), integrating with enterprise systems.
- Implement APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures for real-time AI services (nice to have).
- Collaborate with platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments.

Development & Automation

- Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate testing and deployment.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development.
- Maintain high code quality and documentation standards using Git, Jira, and Confluence.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience building enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, with strong understanding of workflows such as RAG.
- Robust proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with Databricks and cloud-native deployment strategies.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control systems (Git).
- Comfortable using AI-augmented development tools for rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in AI systems.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps workflows and model monitoring.
- Experience with code and model lifecycle management best practices.
