With our deep-rooted belief in beauty that cares, we bring science-backed, nature-inspired products to every skincare enthusiast.Role SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Demand Planning will manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and transfer orders across B2B, B2C, retail, and marketplace channels to ensure optimal stock availability, high fill rates, and healthy inventory levels.Key ResponsibilitiesManage demand planning and replenishment for B2B and B2C channels.Knowledge on Import clearance and documentation.Experience of carrier coordination & handling shelf life based products inventory planningMaintain optimal warehouse inventory and DIO levels.Plan and track Transfer Orders (TOs) across own warehouses, FBA locations,



and retail stores.Handle RTO tracking, GRN, and stock reconciliation with ERP systems.Ensure channel fill-rate targets through efficient stocking at satellite warehouses.Manage kitting requirements and ensure warehouse readiness for launches and promotions.Key SkillsDemand planning & inventory management in FMCG / Beauty / D2C.Strong understanding of FBA and marketplace operations.Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and Excel.Robust analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Business or related field.4+ years of relevant demand planning or supply chain experience.Sharp excel and demand planning skills.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience.Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements and generous paid time off.Culture: A dynamic and inclusive work environment
