Job Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and address their basic technical queries.
Perform data registration in CRM and manage daily reports and training activities.
Monitor, enforce, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Coordinating with internal teams for end to end issue resolution via CRM/HPSM.
Spares monitoring and fulfillment.
Education Requirement
ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate (Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/CS)
