- Configure Benefits plans, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Build & test integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) with providers & payroll.
- Lead testing: Create plans, execute unit/integration/UAT, and resolve defects.
- Gather requirements, prototype solutions, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance & data accuracy.
- 4+ years Workday Benefits configuration/support.
- Proven expertise in Benefits integrations & testing.
- Workday Benefits certification preferred.
- Proficient in EIB, Studio, XSLT; strong HR/perks process knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

nLocation - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote.
