Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Anantapur location.n

The Warehouse

nSupervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including coordinating and managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.



The role involves monitoring stock levels, ensuring efficient use of space and resources, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.n

We have branches in Chennai ,Anantapur and Pune

Qualifications

n

- Strong leadership, team supervision, and staff management skills
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic knowledge of logistics processes
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in the logistics or automobile industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
