Role overview:You are the analytical engine of the firm. Your goal is to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. You will optimize margins, track performance against the AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and identify new growth levers in the wealth management space.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. You'll ensure every department is aligned with the firm's overarching financial goals.- Unit Economics & Profitability: Deep-dive into product-level profitability. Analyze management fees, distributor commissions, and operational costs to ensure healthy margins across all AUM categories.- Performance Tracking: Create and maintain high-impact BI dashboards. You'll be responsible for explaining the "why" behind the numbers during monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).- Decision Support:
