Job Summary

nWe are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can independently handle all social media activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and fully capable of managing strategy, content creation, posting, ads, engagement, and reporting—without a team.n

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
- Manage daily operations across all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.
- Handle social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google, LinkedIn—based on company requirements).
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Track performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly analytics reports, and suggest improvements.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure timely response to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs and ensure consistency in brand voice.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in Social Media Marketing.




- Ability to independently handle end-to-end social media management without a team.
- Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (Canva or similar).
- Knowledge of paid advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple platforms efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with video editing or reel creation.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and website traffic strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, or similar.
