Position Overview:

nWe are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to manage the order desk at our bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders placed in person or over the phone, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and the production team.n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist walk-in customers with placing bakery orders and offering product recommendations and information.




- Take phone orders, accurately recording all details, including product type, quantity, and pickup or delivery times.
- Address customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and special requests.
- Accurately input customer orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Communicate customer orders and any specific requests to the production team.
- Ensure orders are prepared and packaged on time for customer pickup or delivery.
- Double-check all orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
- Assist with packaging items neatly and securely.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

n

- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of bakery products is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy hours.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
