Job Title: Quality Analyst (Software Tester)

What We Are Looking for: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance/testing processes, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

The Quality

nAnalyst will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting defects/issues in our products/services, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and delivery of high-quality solutions.n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on software applications/systems to identify defects/issues.
- Create and execute test cases/test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Document and track defects/issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews,



and sprint planning meetings to provide quality input.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new testing tools/technologies.

Qualifications:

n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with test case/test plan creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
