Job Description

nWe are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with 9–10 years of experience, specializing in Apache Kafka and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend technologies, system design, and handling high-volume data pipelines.n

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems
n
- Implement and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming
n
- Build and optimize microservices architecture
n
- Develop high-performance APIs and backend services
n
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
n
- Work with large datasets and real-time processing systems
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
n
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
n
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
n

nRequired Skills & Qualificationsn

n
- 9–10 years of experience in backend development
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (mandatory)
n
- Proficiency in Java / Python / Node.js (any one or more)
n
- Experience with microservices architecture
n
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs & system design

- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
n
- Familiarity with distributed systems & event-driven architecture
n
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
n

nPreferred Skills (Good to Have)n

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
n
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, etc.)

- Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
