Position Summary

n

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition with primary responsibility for sourcing, attracting and onboarding accounting and finance professionals (AP/AR, GL, tax, MIS, financial analysts, CA/ICWA). Build specialised finance talent pipelines and partner with accounting leadership to meet hiring targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

n

- Full‑cycle recruitment for accounting & finance roles; create JDs, source via niche channels, screen, assess technical fit and close candidates.
- Partner with Accounts leadership to define competency matrices, technical tests and interview frameworks.
- Employer branding targeted at finance talent; campus CA/ICWA outreach and professional community engagement.
- Maintain talent pools for AP/AR, GL, tax, compliance, MIS and reporting roles.




- Track recruitment analytics for finance hires (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire).
- Role‑specific onboarding and ramp‑up support.
- Implement ATS tagging and assessment workflows for finance roles; conduct market mapping and compensation benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills

n

- 4–7 years in recruitment/talent acquisition with demonstrable experience hiring accounting/finance professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
- Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel; robust domain knowledge of accounting roles.
