Core Responsibilities ● Digital Content Ownership: Manage the end-to-end strategy for social marketing, topic selection, and news coverage across all platforms. ● VIP Engagement: Research, coordinate, and host podcasts and interviews with local government bodies, VIPs, and Kota’s influential community leaders. ● Editorial Standards: Mentor field reporters on digital-first reporting. You will refine their formats and implement professional templates/themes for YouTube and Instagram. ● Aggressive Growth: Execute a "10x Growth Strategy." Your primary goal is to multiply YouTube views, subscribers, and WhatsApp Channel followers by 10x within the quarter. ● Real-time Reporting: Maintain a 7-day digital presence to ensure Desh Ki Dharti is the first to report on local trends and breaking news. What We Are Looking For ● A student or recent graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Digital Media. ● A "Digital Native" who understands YouTube SEO, Instagram Reels, and WhatsApp Channel algorithms. ● The confidence to interview high-profile individuals and local authorities. ● Resilience:
