Role Overview
nWe are looking for an
Customer Success Manager who can own client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and drive measurable business outcomes.
n
This is not a “client servicing” role. This is a growth ownership role
n

n
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that strategies are executed effectively, expectations are aligned, and results are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Ownership
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and results
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable plans
n?n
Project & Delivery Management
n
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design)
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns
- Maintain clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
n?n
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
n
- Track campaign performance across channels
- Share structured reports and insights with clients
- Ensure clients understand the “why” behind results—not just the numbers
n?n
Strategic Thinking & Growth Focus
n
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and scale accounts
- Suggest recent strategies, channels, or optimizations
- Ensure alignment between brand, performance, and business goals
n?n
Client Retention & Expansion
n
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure accounts grow in both value and impact
n
What We’re Looking For
n
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing / agency account management / customer success
- Strong understanding of
nSEO, PPC, social media, and digital marketing fundamentalsn
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
