- Oversee operations of multiple sites/branches within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure business targets, productivity, and service levels are achieved across locations.
- Manage and guide Area/Branch Managers, TLs, and supervisors.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions.
- Drive process adherence, SOP implementation, and compliance across the cluster.
- Handle manpower planning, hiring support, attrition control, and performance management.
- Ensure cost control, budget adherence, and profitability of the cluster.
- Coordinate with central teams (HR, Finance, Ops, Training) for smooth execution.
- Resolve escalations, operational issues, and stakeholder concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and field visits to ensure quality and discipline.
- Drive training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and statutory compliance at all sites.

nOptional (if logistics / delivery ops role):n

- Ensure on-time delivery, route optimization, and SLA adherence.
- Monitor fleet/vendor performance and improve efficiency.Role & responsibilities
