We are looking for a data driven Paid Media Marketing Manager to own and scale our performance marketing channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue.

You will work directly under the supervision of our SLT member who leads Business Development, ensuring marketing efforts are tightly aligned with sales targets and growth priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with campaign execution but also thinks strategically about funnel performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage end to end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Performance Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics, run A/B tests, optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Budget Ownership: Manage monthly media budgets up to INR X lakhs with clear accountability for spend efficiency and business impact
- Analytics & Reporting: Build weekly and monthly dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Present insights and recommendations to the SLT member leading Business Development
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Content teams to align on messaging, offers, and lead follow up SLAs. Provide feedback on lead quality and funnel conversion
- Creative Direction: Brief design and content teams on ad creatives and copy. Iterate based on performance data and platform best practices
- Market Research: Stay current on platform updates, competitor activity, and Gurugram/India market trends to identify new opportunities
- Tooling & Automation: Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/Marketing automation platforms to improve tracking and attribution

Required Qualifications
n
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with direct budget responsibility
- Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in Google Ads Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta Ads Manager. LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a strong plus
- Analytical Skills: Strong command of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Location: Based in Gurugram or willing to work from our Gurugram office 5 days a week
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain performance data clearly to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS industries
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience working with sales/CRM teams and understanding of lead lifecycle stages
- Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or similar
