Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily administrative and marketing tasks.
- Handle documentation, email communication, and reporting with strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Support the marketing team in content creation, campaign execution, and digital promotions.
- Design and edit creatives using Canva/Photoshop and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Contribute to content writing, copy editing, and social media posts.
- Provide back-end and administrative support, including basic accounting tasks using Tally, to ensure smooth department functioning. .
- Chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while also learning office administration skills.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust content writing and communication skills (English proficiency written & spoken).
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital advertising platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
