The role requires a strong research mindset, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear points of view. Key Responsibilities Market & Strategic Research - Conduct deep secondary research and market analysis across the global IT and technology ecosystem. - Track, review, and synthesize insights from leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, HFS Research, and Forrester.



- Build hypothesis-driven research frameworks to analyses industry trends and market developments. Insight Development - Develop strategic points of view (POVs) based on research and analysis. - Create State of the Market reports, industry outlooks, and trend reports. - Synthesize insights from multiple sources to create structured research narratives and executive-ready deliverables.
