Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ajmer. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.



Responsibilities include developing strategies, negotiating partnerships, managing proposals, and analyzing market trends to expand the organization's reach and impact.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and market research.
Robust skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating and managing proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
Solid organizational and project management skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant business software and tools, such as CRM platforms, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in the education, skill development, or non-profit sector is highly desirable.
Ability to work in office in Ajmer with a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving goals.
