This isn't a maintenance role. This is a builder's role. We are looking for a heavyweight leader to own the full web performance stack for a high-traffic, global consumer platform. You will lead a central Web Ops Hub of ~20 specialists, acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Design.

THE CHANCE

You will own the operational backbone that powers content delivery, behavioral intelligence, experimentation, and site reliability. This is about moving from execution to strategy and architecture.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- CMS Operations: Scale high-velocity publishing and QA governance within Contentful.
- Analytics & Data: Lead instrumentation via GTM (Server-side), GA4, and BigQuery while ensuring rigid data privacy compliance.
- Experimentation & Personalization: Drive the full A/B lifecycle using AB Tasty and execute real-time, CDP-driven journeys via ActionIQ.
- Site Health & SEO: Own technical SEO, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), and crawl health.
- The Future of Search: Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure visibility in AI-powered search environments.
- Operating Models:



Design the playbooks and governance frameworks that allow a global marketing org to scale sustainably.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 10+ years in Web Ops and MarTech (Global Fintech background strongly preferred).
- 5+ years leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on Depth: You aren't just a manager; you have deep fluency in our stack (Contentful, GTM, ActionIQ, etc.).
- Architectural Mindset: Experience governing data quality, taxonomy, and digital catalog architecture at scale.
- Bilingual Communication: The ability to pivot seamlessly from a deep-dive with a backend engineer to a strategic session with the CMO.
