We are seeking an Architect AI Engineer based in India to design and deliver production-grade software architectures and system solutions for client-facing platforms within a Capital Markets Environment. This role is critical in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, with a strong focus on applying AI/ML capabilities in a controlled, production-ready setting.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for AI-driven and data-intensive applications in a financial services workplace
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for client-facing platforms
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions
- Lead architectural decisions across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Ensure systems are built with strong governance, observability, and reliability standards
- Drive best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, testing, and code quality
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business needs




- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of systems in production environments

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on system architecture and design
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems in production environments
- Strong programming experience in Python or Java
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with AI/ML systems, including model deployment and integration into production workflows
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and microservices-based design
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in financial services or capital markets environments is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
