Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: MBA (HR or related field preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with appropriate person.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups with selected candidates
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
Requirements:
MBA in HR or related discipline
2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
Proficiency in using Job portals and recruitment tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
