Role Overview

The Resident Medical Officer will be the clinical backbone of patient care, ensuring 24/7 medical support while actively contributing to the hospital’s evolving systems, processes, and reputation. This role is ideal for a doctor with a growth mindset, strong ownership, and the vision to align personal goals with organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver round-the-clock medical care and emergency support to patients.
- Act as the first line of response in managing critical situations and stabilizing cases.
- Ensure accurate patient monitoring, documentation, and communication with families.
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and nursing teams to deliver seamless care.
- Participate in setting up and refining protocols, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives.
- Contribute actively to the hospital’s growth journey by bringing fresh ideas, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning and upskilling to grow into future leadership/clinical supervisory roles.





Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS degree with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.
- 2–6 years of experience; with strong ambition are encouraged to apply.
- BLS/ACLS certified preferred.
- Exposure to emergency/ICU/multi-specialty setups is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
