We are hiring a CRM Operations Manager (Zoho) to take ownership of and optimise the systems that support our recruitment business.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience across the Zoho One ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit. The role requires someone who understands recruitment workflows and can translate data, automation, and process into effective commercial output.
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping how our CRM, automation, and recruitment operations are structured and improved as the business grows.
What you will do
- Own and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and wider Zoho One tools
- Build and manage automated business development workflows
- Work with a team of 4 recruiters to turn candidate briefs into targeted company and contact lists, focused on the UK market
- Conduct company research and data enrichment using tools such as Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, and online research
- Improve CRM structure, pipelines, workflows, and reporting
- Reduce manual work across the business through automation and process improvements
- Build workflows and integrations using Zoho Flow and related tools where required
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and automation across the business
What we are looking for
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho One tools
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition environments
- Experience in data enrichment, research, and building contact and company databases
- Experience creating or managing outreach sequences or email cadences
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zoho Flow or similar platforms
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or basic technical configuration
- Strong written communication skills for business development emails
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
