- Log accurately customer incidents, resolve complex enquiries and provide a high level of service
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies and methods of support delivery, in order to improve the solutions to users
- Handle small software deployment projects
Requirements:
- Experience with remote control tools
- C1 relevant language
- Ability to identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix
- Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
