Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Bikaner for a Sales Development Executive at CavinKare. The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, and achieving defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, reporting on competitor activities, and ensuring timely execution of sales-related activities. The role requires a hands-on approach to driving growth in the FMCG domain through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Abilities in market analysis, competitor monitoring, and strategic planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Capacity to work independently and meet performance targets
Understanding of the FMCG industry, with prior experience being an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in local languages of the Bikaner region is advantageous
