Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to manage and grow our commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves handling tenant relationships, rental income optimization, property maintenance, and identifying profitable buying/selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Property & Tenant Management*
Manage 5–6 commercial properties and tenants
Ensure timely rent collection and payment tracking
Handle lease agreements, renewals, and rent escalations
Maintain robust tenant relationships
Financial & Banking Coordination*
Track rental income, deposits, and expenses
Coordinate with banks for transactions, loans, or documentation
Maintain basic financial records and reporting
Property Maintenance & Operations*
Oversee regular maintenance and vendor coordination
Ensure properties are well-maintained and operational
Investment & Deal Sourcing*




Identify and present buying/selling opportunities within defined budgets
Source off-market deals through brokers and network
Conduct basic financial analysis (ROI, yield, appreciation potential)
Support in negotiations and transaction execution

Requirements

4–8+ years experience in real estate (commercial preferred)
Solid understanding of leasing, rentals, and property operations
Experience in deal sourcing or real estate investments preferred
Positive network with brokers and property consultants in Delhi NCR
Strong financial understanding (basic ROI, yield calculations)
Highly organized and proactive

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
