Function: Project manager

n

We are looking for Project managers who should have managerial skills, Leadership Skills as well as Problem solving skills. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can have an immediate impact by taking the lead to enhance the projects.

n

Responsibilities:

n

● Ensures the project team’s conformance with work standards, and coordinates work efforts with involved parties to ensure problem resolution and client satisfaction

n

● Manage Site and labor.

n

● Responsible for the site and their handover.

n

● Well-versed in documenting project-based activities and managing documents.

n

● Should be able to communicate progress to the desired team and should be able to take responsibility for getting the work done.

n

● Planning project timelines and keeping track of the progress.

n





● Assisting in overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that all the work is completed on time, and ensuring quality control during every stage.

n

● Managing and resolving conflicts arising during the project execution.

n

● Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

n

Requirements and skills:

n

● Proven 1 plus years of experience in the same field is mandatory.

n

● Excellent client managing skills and Interpersonal skills

n

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

● Robust Project Management skills.

n

● Experience working on projects in the Interior Design industry.

n

● Qualification: Degree or Above
