Role Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who understands the pace and nuances of hiring in a fashion/lifestyle environment. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across design, retail, marketing, and corporate functions, ensuring we bring in talent that aligns with Inati’s brand ethos and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
n
● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
n
● Partner with hiring managers across functions (Design, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Operations)
n
● Build solid pipelines for creative and business roles within the fashion ecosystem.
n
● Source candidates through , job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
n
● Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with brand values
n
● Maintain and track hiring data, metrics, and reports
n
● Support employer branding initiatives to attract top fashion talent
n
● Coordinate and manage interview processes efficiently
n
Must-Have Skills
n
● 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fashion/lifestyle/retail brand
n
● Strong understanding of fashion roles (designers, merchandisers, retail staff, etc.)
n
● Hands-on experience with hiring and sourcing tools
n
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
● Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth setting
n
Good to Have
n
● Experience hiring for D2C or omnichannel fashion brands
n
● Exposure to creative hiring (junior to mid level)
n
● Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
