About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven MBA 2nd year Student specializing in Healthcare to join us as a Healthcare Business Intern.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, business development, and patient engagement — ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure to building partnerships and executing outreach in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

You will be a face of our brand to hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and most importantly, our patients. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly shape our care network and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to hospitals, doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to initiate partnership conversations and set up meetings.

• Engage with patients to gather feedback and insights, helping us continuously improve our care and support offerings.

• Plan and execute outreach campaigns targeted at patients — from ideation to implementation.

• Prepare compelling pitch decks for investor meetings and partnership presentations.

• Analyze the medical apps landscape in healthcare and propose strategic directions for our digital services — covering business models,



strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.

• Track outreach activities, pipeline progress, and campaign performance using structured reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program (2nd Year), specialising in Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration or any other speciality in Healthcare.

• Studying at one of the following: SGT University, Amity University Gurugram, BML Munjal University, FMS Delhi, or Sharda University Greater Noida.

• Based in or able to commute to Gurugram 1-2 x times per month.

• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week for at least 6 months starting May 1st, 2026.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable picking up the phone and walking into a room.

• Structured thinker with the ability to build presentations and business pitches.

• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding.
