We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Hosur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining operations, with a strong understanding of engineering drawings and tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC/VMC programs (G-code, M-code)
- Set up and operate VMC machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters
- Perform trial runs and ensure component quality
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field
- Experience in VMC programming and machining
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (preferred: PowerMill)
- Solid understanding of tooling and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PowerMill software
- Knowledge of fixture setting and process optimization
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹308,298.49 - ₹500,000.00 per year
