Oplentix Tech Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an IT Sales / Business Development Executive with proven experience in freelancer platforms, lead generation, and IT services sales. This is a target-oriented role focused entirely on current business acquisition, client conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate IT project leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
- Bid on IT projects and convert leads into qualified business opportunities
- Conduct outbound lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT services
- Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and deal closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Apply innovative sales strategies to expand business reach

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development




- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Strong expertise in lead generation and client acquisition
- Experience with LinkedIn sales and outbound prospecting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Understanding of IT services (web, mobile, software development, digital solutions)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM tools
- Exposure to international IT clients
- Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment
