Job Title: Team Leader – MCA US Sales

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – MCA US Sales to join our growing team in Wagle Estate, Thane. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry and proven experience in leading US sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of US sales executives in the MCA domain
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members for improved performance
- Monitor calls, pipelines, and conversions to ensure high productivity
- Assist team members in closing deals and handling objections
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare MIS reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MCA US sales
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in MCA




- Strong understanding of US sales processes and client handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record
