Job Summary Damsure Expert Buildcare LLP is a leading waterproofing construction chemical company specializing in advanced waterproofing solutions As part of our expansion strategy we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager - South Kerala to drive business growth strengthen market presence and lead franchise expansion in the South Kerala region which will be a key priority for this role Responsibilities Identify and prioritize prospects in South Kerala including applicators painters contractors franchise partners and other relevant stakeholders Lead and drive franchise expansion in the South Kerala region including identifying potential franchise partners and supporting the onboarding process Develop and implement strategic plans to reach potential clients and convert them into long-term customers Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers in South Kerala Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitor activities and emerging trends in the region Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities Provide regular sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management Train guide and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent performance and target achievement Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services Requirements Proven track record in sales and business development with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of the Construction Chemical market in South Kerala Experience in franchise development or channel expansion will be an added advantage Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software e g Salesforce Zoho CRM Willingness to travel extensively within South Kerala Preferred Qualifications MBA BBA or any relevant degree Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant industry Established network of contacts and industry relationships in South Kerala Prior experience in franchise or channel partner development Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Company-provided transportation allowance Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Master s Required Work Location In person
