Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Repair Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the repair and maintenance of our trailer and truck fleet, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance for trailers and trucks
- Coordinate with workshops and vendors for timely repairs
- Monitor repair status and update management
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and vehicle history
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in fleet management or repair
- Knowledge of trailer and truck mechanics
- Good communication and coordination skills
