We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations and support the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, manage documentation, and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and correspondence.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a qualified manner.
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation, payroll assistance, and employee records.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
