Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software solutions aligned with evolving business needs
Leverage Generative AI models and frameworks to build, integrate, and refine intelligent applications
Partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Translate complex system requirements into scalable and maintainable technical implementations
Ensure code quality, system performance, and adherence to industry best practices and standards
Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions
Support application deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance across environments
For Manager-level roles: lead and mentor technical teams, drive project execution, and guide strategic delivery initiatives

Requirements
5–16 years of relevant experience in software development, data analytics, or related technical roles
Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Generative AI technologies, tools, and real-world use cases
Proficiency in Python, Azure
Must-Have: Experience in GEN AI tools along with Python & Azure

Additional Details:
Role: DEV, ANALYST, LEAD, MANAGER, ARCHITECT
Total Experience: 5 – 16 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days
Location: Maharashtra
Mode of Work: Work from office
Salary: Up to 35 LPA
