The role requires strong skills in Power BI, Advanced Excel, data modeling, and KPI reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports.Import, clean, and model data from multiple sources.Create standardized daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.Data AnalysisAnalyze KPIs and performance trends to support business decisions.Convert raw data into easy, actionable insights.Use DAX, Power Query, and Excel to perform advanced data analysis.Data Integrity & ManagementMaintain consistency, accuracy,



and completeness across all reports.Apply row-level security and follow data modeling best practices.Continuously optimize reporting structures and data flows.Collaboration & SupportPartner with teams to capture reporting requirements.Support and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards.Participate in review discussions and share insights with stakeholders.Process ImprovementIdentify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.Recommend improvements in reporting processes and documentation.Skills & CompetenciesHands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel; VBA is an advantage.Understanding of relational databases, queries, and ETL concepts.Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.Ability to work independ
