Counselor Job Type: Full-Time Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers Welcome) Key Responsibilities: Conduct therapy sessions and demos during wellness camps organized in premium societies across Pune. Counsel clients on therapy benefits and product usage. Assist the Manager in coordinating and setting up therapy events. Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure excellent service.
Note: No sales targets involved — purely counseling and therapy-based role. Required Skills: Good communication and listening skills. Friendly, confident, and approachable personality. Interest in health, wellness, and helping people. Comfortable interacting with clients in high-end societies. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
