Role Objective:
To drive sales by handling leads, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into successful property bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits with clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi)
- Strong knowledge of Pune real estate market
- Willingness to do field work and site visits
- Target-driven mindset with positive attitude
Compensation:
- Salary: 3–6 LPA
